Chemical Receipt & Transfer Form In the event that you have received a chemical that did not pass through the Chemical Transfer Station, please enter the following information to update your chemical inventory. You may submit multiple barcodes for the same chemical. Removing Containers from Inventory Although the preferred method is to log onto CEMS, you may use this form when you want to quickly remove a container from your inventory.
