The Office of Outreach and Engagement (OE) provides leadership, collaboration and support, to establish pathways to partnership for people, organizations and business seeking assistance, non-credit education or professional development. OE emphasizes public engagement and collaboration to address the state’s most pressing issues, such as workforce development and readiness, K-12 education, environmental sustainability and healthcare.

Educational Talent Search
Preparing limited income, first generation New Hampshire youth to complete postsecondary education. ETS was created during the 1960's War on Poverty and grew out of the Civil Rights movement. We were created to promote educational opportunities and equity for all.
Leitzel Center
Working to transform education in elementary and secondary schools, and in non-formal settings through high quality research, carefully examined practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.
New Hampshire Sea Grant
Working to address coastal and marine needs, including sustainable fisheries and aquaculture, coastal resilience, healthy ecosystems, workforce development for the Blue Economy and more. New Hampshire Sea Grant addresses these needs through integrated research, extension and education in the Granite State.
Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI at UNH)
A member-driven, volunteer-based membership program offering an open invitation to retired and semi-retired adults who enjoy lifelong learning, social events and volunteer opportunities in accessible and safe locations. Come for the classes, stay for the friends!
UNH Extension
Strengthening people and communities in New Hampshire by providing trusted knowledge, practical education and cooperative solutions in Youth and Family Development, Community and Economic Development, Natural Resources, and Food and Agriculture. UNH Extension partners with local government to maintain offices in all 10 N.H. counties.
UNH Professional Development & Training
Serving individuals, businesses, schools and organizations in state and region by providing accessible professional development opportunities. Workshops and conferences are offered online and in three convenient locations in Portsmouth, Manchester and Durham.
UNH Youth Programs
Providing learning and development opportunities for K–12 students on the Durham UNH campus and throughout the state.
Upward Bound
Since 1965, helping low income and first generation high school students in the Granite State to succeed in high school and college.
