Thursday, July 09, 2020 - 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Zoom

Host:  Research & Large Center Development Office

Presenters:  Lynnette Hentges, Senior Associate and Kathy Cataneo, Director, Research Development; Shawn Banker, Director, University Instrumentation Center

Abstract:  NSF’s MRI program assists institutions with acquisition or development of major research instrumentation generally too costly or inappropriate for support through other NSF programs. MRI awards, ranging from $100,000 - $4 million, are intended to increase access to shared (intra- or inter-organizational) scientific and engineering instruments for research and research training.  The session provides details about this MRI program, guidelines for UNH’s Limited Submission Programs pre-application process, and resources available from the UNH Research & Large Center Development Office and the University Instrumentation Center.

Register at NSF MRI Information Session by July 7 at 5 pm.  Registrants will receive a Zoom link before session.
