- Getting involved on campus by joining student organizations, intramural sports, or attending residence hall socials—just a few ways to connect.
- Ending relationships that no longer contribute to your well‑being, including friendships. After ending a relationship, giving yourself time and space to grieve.
- Balancing alone time and social time. Well‑being comes from having a relationship with yourself and with others.
- Treating others with the same compassion, respect, and trust that you want to receive.
