APPOINTMENTS

If you are having a medical emergency, such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, etc., call 911.

At Health & Wellness, we’re here to take care of you. You can make an appointment online or by phone for medical care, wellness education/counseling, and even massage. Be sure to check in 15 minutes before your appointment.

Walk In

Walk-in appointments are limited and provided as available.

Cancellation

You are responsible for keeping appointments that you schedule. Cancel by phone or online* at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.  * Massage Appointments may only be canceled by phone at this time (11/2017)

No Show/Late Cancellation* Fees

  • Appointments (Medical, Counseling):  $15.00
  • Mandated Education/Counseling (Alcohol, Other Drug, Anger Management):  $75.00 (first offense); $60.00/session (second offense)
  • Psychiatrist:  $250/hour
  • Massage (cost of the massage therapy session):

             Students (Undergraduate and Graduate):

  • $45 traditional massage
  • $55 stone massage

            Employees & Adult Dependents (18+)

  • $55 traditional massage
  • $65 stone massage

*  You are considered a no show/late cancellation for an appointment, if:

  • You do not present to Health & Wellness within 15 minutes of your appointment time
  • You do not contact Health & Wellness to cancel an appointment within the necessary time frames:
    • Medical appointment - at least 1 hour before the start of the appointment
    • Psyschiatry appointment - 24 hours in advance of the start of the appointment
    • Massage Therapy - 24 hours in advance of the start of the appointment
    • Counseling appointment - 24 hours in advance of the start of the appointment
