Wellness Coaching
UNH students can make and appointment for wellness coaching to discuss their spiritual wellness. Appointments can be made online or by calling (603) 862-9355.

- Labyrinth in the Paul College Courtyard. Labyrinths can be used for walking meditation to assist in finding peace and clarity, managing stress, assisting with decision making, self-exploration and reflection.
- Yoga at Campus Recreation. Yoga is a mind/body practice that enhances well-being and encourages students to live a valued life.
