Yoga Nidra is a simple yet powerful way to relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. In this session, you’ll practice “yogic sleep" to find the restorative state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.

Takes place at Thrive Classroom, Hamel Rec Center Rm. 239
