You Can't Pour from An Empty Cup  with Shannon Seiferth

Fun and interactive session to learn about how you can use your wellness to increase motivation and maintain optimal energy to have a successful semester. 

12:30pm – 12:55pm
What’s in Your Cup? with Nancy Bushinsky
This brief, hands-on session will equip you with skills to help limit undesirable effects of alcohol, if you choose to drink. 

1:10pm – 1:30pm
You Can Quit Nicotine! with Nancy Bushinsky
Use the Health & Wellness Quit Kit to create your own successful nicotine quit plan.

2:00pm - 3:00pm              
Nutrition with Laila Hammam
Learn how to fuel your body and mind with nutrition and hydration and make healthy, balanced choices when snacking, eating in the dining halls, or cooking for yourself.

3:30pm - 4:30pm              
Two-Minute Stress Relievers with Dawn Zitney
Interactive body-based workshop to learn how to soothe your nervous system to activate your body's natural relaxation response.

5:00pm - 6:00pm              
Reacting or Responding: Informed Decision-Making with Mike Glennon
Session on making informed choices to support your wellness.

All COVID safety measures will be followed, including cleaning protocols, physically-distanced seating, limited attendance, and pre-registration.

Wildcat Pass will be checked at entry of Hamel Rec Center.
