The UNH Well-Being Wheel is a whole-person visual representation of what it means to be well. It highlights the many interconnected areas of life that contribute to overall well-being.

You can use the wheel as a simple tool to check in with yourself, better understand how you’re doing, and make intentional choices that support your well-being.

The UNH Well-Being Wheel is a graphic illustration of the 8 dimensions of wellness which are environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, spiritual, and emotional.  Around the dimensions are hands which represent well-being, the concept that to be well we need to have support from our communities.
