Powder X-Ray Diffractometer - Shimadzu LabX XRD-6100

The Shimadzu LabX XRD-6100 is used for determination of the type and distribution of crystalline phases present in powder samples.  The instrument features a Cu Kα source (λ=0.154 nm), a vertical goniometer, and a linear scintillation detector with a graphite diffraction monochromator.
