Are you an undergraduate planning to graduate in 2025?
Undergraduate students planning to graduate must apply to graduate to formally notify the Office of the Registrar. Students must also register to participate in a May commencement ceremony, if applicable.
Apply to Graduate:
Apply to graduate at Webcat > select Student Records > select Graduation > select Apply to Graduate > Choose the appropriate graduation date based on the criteria below.
Choose one of three graduations:
- May 17, 2025
- Coursework must be completed by end of J-Term or Spring 2025
- Application Deadline: March 31, 2025
- The official graduation date printed on a diploma will be May 17, 2025
- September 1, 2025 (no separate ceremony)
- Coursework must be completed by end of Summer 2025
- Application Deadline: July 21, 2025
- December 31, 2025 (no separate ceremony)
- Coursework must be completed by end of Fall 2025
- Application Deadline: October 27, 2025
To view your application after filing, login to Webcat > select Student Records > select Graduation > select View Application to Graduate
