UNH transcripts are official records of a student’s academic history and can be requested for personal, academic, or professional purposes.

Transcript Fees
- Electronic Transcript: order a digital transcript for $5.00
- Hard Copy Transcript: order a traditional paper copy transcript for $10.00 (plus optional shipping charges)
Sales Tax: effective January 2025 sales tax will apply to transcripts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Review the document tax charges before completing order.
How to Order a Transcript
The University of New Hampshire uses Parchment as the trusted third-party vendor for official electronic and paper transcript orders. Unofficial transcripts are only available through Webcat.

Notary Services
Notary services are available at the Office of the Registrar if a notarized copy of the transcript is needed. Contact Registrar.Records@unh.edu for assistance.

A transcript key provides guidance on how to read the grades, symbols, course numbers, etc. which appear on the University of New Hampshire official transcript.
