
Vacation Housing residence halls are open during all academic year break periods (Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring). If you are assigned to the below-listed buildings you will be able to come and go during the academic year break as you wish. The rate for all Vacation Housing residence halls is an additional $50.00 built directly into each semester's housing cost.

Note: Both on-campus apartment complexes, Gables and Woodside, and the Graduate Student residence hall, Babcock, remain open during all break periods at no additional cost.
Winter Break Housing
If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance and will require on-campus housing for the upcoming winter break period, you may make a request by filing an application by 4pm on Friday, October 23. Available housing is limited. Students will receive decisions via email by Friday, October 30. The total cost for winter break housing will be $250, and housing will be provided in Babcock Hall. Dining Information for Winter break 2020:
Winter break dining will take place in Philbrook Dining Hall beginning November 25. Our program will offer a variety of options including salad bar, deli, stir-fry, grill, and pizza. The Allergen Friendly, comfort and specialty concepts such as all-day breakfast will also be available, and all dietary and cultural needs and preferences will be met. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served Monday – Friday and brunch and dinner will be available on weekends and holidays.
Existing unlimited plans will be used through December 22. Winter Swipe plans will be required for all on campus residents (excluding apartments) beginning November 25. All existing Swipe plans carry from fall to spring semester and can be used at Philbrook throughout break.
Required winter meal plan options:
100 meals = $700 (7.00/ meal)
75 meals = $562.50 (7.50/meal)
50 meal = $400 (8.00/meal)
