Your campus dining just got even better! This fall, we are turning up the flavor, fun, and flexibility. From sizzling weekend stations to expanded brunch hours, exciting pop-ups, and sustainable take-out options, UNH Dining is serving up more of what you love—your way. Whether you're fueling up between classes or grabbing a late brunch with friends, there's always something new on the menu. Check out what’s cooking at Holloway Commons this fall semester!
NEW: Weekend Sizzle Station at Hoco
We’re turning up the heat with our newest weekend addition! The Sizzle Station is back and brings rotating customizable griddle bar options, featuring student favorites. Look forward to items such as:
- Grilled Cheese Melts
- Grilled Fluffernutters
- Buttermilk Pancakes
- Breakfast Sandwiches
- Weekly Rotating Griddle Specials
Every visit to the Sizzle Station will offer something new, bold, and delicious.
Weekend Brunch + Lunch = More Flexibility
We’re combining the best of brunch and lunch into a full-service weekend dining experience, more choices between breakfast or lunch hours.
- Served both Saturday and Sunday.
- Includes sweet and savory brunch favorites.
- Continuous service to fit your schedule.
Green Take-Out Program: Dine Anywhere
Busy day? We've got you covered with enhanced take-out options that work for your schedule and the planet.
- Every Unlimited Meal Plan includes a set number of Meals to Go.
- In addition, one daily Meal to Go One is available for your flexibility and convenience.
- Get a reusable green container, reduce the waste!
- These boxes may be purchased with a one-time fee of $9.00 using Cat's Cache, Dining Dollars, or a credit card.
- Available at Holloway Commons 7 days a week, Philbrook during the weekdays!
Encourage your roommates, friends, and neighbors to grab a container and join the movement for more sustainable dining!
Pop-Ups and Events: Something Always Cooking
We're keeping it fresh and exciting with chef-driven, student-loved pop-up bars throughout the semester. These feature customizable, themed menus like:
- Build-Your-Own Tacos and Nachos
- Tailgate Favorites Bar
- Mac and Cheese Remix
- Build-Your-Own Poke Bowl
Get ready for surprise flavors and seasonal favorites! We’re bringing excitement to your dining experience with:
- Pop-up food stations featuring seasonal foods, local ingredients, and trending bites.
- Monthly themed events.

How do I get across campus and access UNH Dining locations during inclement weather?
Campus transportation remains available. The Campus Connector departs for Holloway Commons every 15 minutes. Holloway Bus Routes and transportation resources are also available online.

Meal plans can be purchased anytime during the fall semester! Add a meal plan and Dining Dollars to your student tuition account. (After Friday September 5, 2025 meal plans can no longer be reduced or canceled on student tuition accounts.)
