Our national award-winning program utilizes the Guiding Stars© nutritional rating system to provide our guests with healthy food choices. Our chefs are certified through the American Culinary Federation. We have our own registered dietitian who can help with any special dietary needs. What’s more, we work everyday to make sure our practices are sustainable.
Through our shared values we will provide superior hospitality services to our guests in support of the teaching, research and public service mission of the University of New Hampshire. Our family of more than 1,000 chefs, servers, managers, student employees and others, serve from wood-fired pizza and grilled cheese to homemade soups and vegan dishes. Our menus change daily so students never get tired of eating the same old thing. We also provide themed meals on special holidays with restaurant style dishes such as seafood bisque, sushi, hand-carved roast beef and vegetarian stuffed shells.
