Dear valued community,
We want to share an important update regarding the Dairy Bar’s hours of operation. Beginning December 17th, the Dairy Bar will pause regular operations for the academic year.
Sales have steadily declined since the COVID-19 pandemic, and despite adjusting hours to better match demand, the Dairy Bar has continued to experience losses that are no longer sustainable for the University. As a result, we will be taking the time over the coming months to evaluate the best path forward for this space.
The Dairy Bar is planning to reopen for the summer season, from Memorial Day through the Friday before the start of fall classes. We look forward to serving our campus community, visitors, and neighbors during that time. In the meantime, we will be featuring Dairy Bar favorites at the Union Court in the MUB.
