If you only very recently bought your regular permit, your account may not yet be coded to recognize you as Temp Alt Vehicle permit eligible. Coding updates may take a week or so to be added to new accounts. If your regular permit has expired or otherwise invalidated, your coding for a Temp Alt Vehicle permit is deactivated.
