UNH has four Level 2 public Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations!
These ChargePoint managed stations, installed in 2026 in collaboration with the Town of Durham
are located in the Edgewood Road Visitor Lot, 5 Edgewood road
(situated on edge of parking lot, between NH Hall and Hamel Rec Center).
To charge while parking, users must have a ChargePoint account.
Policies:*
- EV and PHEVs only in designated spaces; all others subject to enforcement.
- Parking during active charging sessions only.
- Four hour maximum for all users, whether completely charged or not.
- Charging fee includes both power and parking meter time (no addtional ParkMobile parking payment required)
- Session fees are visible in ChargePoint app.
