THE DETAILS

Telehealth Counseling

PACS provides the option of Telehealth Counseling which is conducted through Uwill. The first step is to schedule an initial phone consultation by online scheduling or calling PACS at 603-862-2090 to discuss this option and see if it is right for you.

Individual Counseling

PACS offers in-person counseling. We see students for a broad range of concerns (including stress, adjustment, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and identity). The first step is to schedule an initial phone consultation. Schedule online or call PACS at 603-862-2090 to schedule.

Case Management

Case management services are available to help you connect with additional resources and/or long-term community providers if needed.

Group Counseling

PACS offers a range of group counseling services. Each group is facilitated by either one or two mental health clinicians who have training and expertise in the topics to be addressed. Group topics change from one semester to the next. Check here for current schedule for Fall 2023.

WellTrack boost

Welltrack Boost is a self-guided and interactive resource to support your mental health and well-being. It’s easy to use and free-of-charge to UNH students, faculty and staff (anyone who has a unh.edu email address!). Based on cognitive-behavioral approaches, Welltrack Boost can help you identify, understand and address Anxiety, Stress, and Depression. It can be used alone or in conjunction with psychotherapy. There are a range of tools available through Welltrack Boost, including “The Zen Room” (which has guided meditations and progressive muscle relaxation!). Welltrack Boost also has additional modules related to support with anxiety, addressing public speaking and building resilience. For more information click here.
