Join us in celebrating Arab culture and embark on a flavorful journey with dishes infused with traditional Arabic seasonings. Enjoy lamb and beef kofta, falafel, chicken tagine, couscous, Egyptian koshari, and more! Served at Philbrook Hall during lunch, starting at 11am.

Chicken Tagine (Chicken braised with spices, garlic, onion, olives, and lemons)
Lamb and Beef Kofta (Skewers of ground beef and lamb mixed with fresh parsley, onions and garlic)
