Spring Semester Updates at Holloway Commons

Allergen-Friendly Station 


Holloway Commons has made a key update to better serve the campus community: the Allergen-Friendly station has been moved to the main line! This change is designed to help prevent cross-contamination and improve efficiency, all while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for students with dietary concerns. 

The Allergen-Friendly station, which previously offered a self-serve setup, will now be a full-service station. This means that staff will be serving students directly, ensuring that each meal is prepared with care and free from gluten and the 9 most common allergens; milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybean, and sesame. The move not only addresses concerns about cross-contamination but also offers students a more personalized dining experience.

To accommodate this change, we moved a few other stations around as well, please find the updates below. 

Fresh Fruit


The Fresh Fruit station has moved just inside the dining hall on the right side along the wall. 

Vegan Station


The Vegan station has moved to the left of the Main Line. 

Oatmeal Station


The Oatmeal station has moved to the left of the Main Line. 

Pasta and Sauce Station


The Pasta and Sauce station is now located at the Pizza station.  

Soup Station


The Soup station has moved next to the Salad bar.
