International Travel Registry

Welcome to the UNH International Travel Registry

Registering your international, UNH-related travel enrolls you in the International SOS Travel Assistance and Insurance program and facilitates communication and support in the event of an emergency abroad.
It is UNH Policy that every international traveler—faculty, staff and student—on a UNH-related activity must complete this Registry. The International Travel Registry meets UNH and international IT security protocols and the information it contains is confidential. It is your responsibility to keep your profile information current and to update trip details, including any changes that may occur while travelling.

Download the UNH International Travel Card that contains important emergency contact numbers, membership information and website links.

Registering your trip is a two-step process:

#1 Create/Edit a Traveler Profile

  • Start here if this is your first time using the International Travel Registry.
  • Your Traveler Profile will contain sensitive information, so you will need to create a unique Traveler Profile password. This cannot be your UNH password. The password requires a minimum of 6 characters.
  • You will need to provide details about your passport and two emergency contacts.

#2 Register/Edit a Trip

  • Here is where you begin adding your travel itinerary or editing an existing record.
  • Be prepared to provide information such as, activity start/end dates, transportation details, accommodation and contacts abroad.
  • Weekend and longer side trips should also be entered into the Registry.
