Career and Professional Success provides a number of platforms and career technology tools to assist students in building professional success. These tools are free and available year-round to all UNH students and faculty/staff are encouraged to join as well and share these resources with students.
Career professionals in each college work with students individually through the job and internship process. The University of New Hampshire has joined Handshake to host job and internship postings, on-campus recruitment scheduling, career events registration, and much more. Handshake is an incredibly user-friendly platform for students, employers, faculty, staff, and the entire UNH community to connect employers with the talented individuals in the UNH student and recent alumni community.
A Faculty/Staff account in Handshake will provide you access to:
- Search for job and internship postings available to your students
- View upcoming career-related events (UNH and employer events)
- View employer and student profiles
An Employer account in Handshake will allow you to share part-time and/or work-study positions with current UNH students.
An exclusive online community for UNH, Wildcat Connections is the home for students and alumni to come together to ask questions, seek guidance, coach, inspire, and share professional success stories. Connections lead to opportunities, and this community is designed to facilitate this growth for the UNH network.
This is a free resource for all UNH students and alumni, sponsored by the UNH Career and Professional Success team, in partnership with UNH Alumni Relations.
