Reserve an Interview Room in Hood House

Career and Professional Success (CaPS) provides Interview Rooms in Hood House for career-related needs during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Due to UNH COVID-19 protocols, CaPS will evaluate each reservation request to ensure the safety of the community. A confirmed reservation and a valid Wildcat Pass are REQUIRED in order to use an interview room. If you do not have a valid Wildcat Pass, you will not be allowed to use the interview room.

Hood House's four interview rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to provide space for phone interviews, remote video conferencing, guest speakers from employers recruiting Wildcats, informational sessions and more.

 Rooms are reserved for career-related events only. Space is not guaranteed until confirmed via email and is dependent upon additional on-campus interviewing and recruitment activities. Please request space at least 24 hours in advance of your interview.

Room 214 Hood House

Room 214

One of our smaller interview spaces, Room 214 comfortably sits 3 to 4 individuals at a technology station. Easily accessible by elevator with a view of Main Street.

Features: 3-4 chairs, table, video conference technology with HDMI and USB cables, a whiteboard with dry-erase markers. 

Room 218 Hood House

This medium-sized room can sit up to 6 individuals at the interviewing table comfortably and has plenty of room for more if they are okay working without a table top. Two great windows look out onto Main Street and provide excellent lighting for any meeting or interview. 

Features: 6 chairs, table, video conference technology with HDMI and USB cables, a whiteboard with dry erase markers. 

Room 220 Hood House

Room 220

Room 220 sits cozily in the corner of Hood House and can accommodate 4 individuals at the technology station in addition to housing a few more willing to work away from the table. Two windows provide views of Main Street and Hamilton Smith Hall courtyard, while simultaneously providing excellent lighting. 

Features: 4 chairs, table, video conference technology with HDMI and USB cables, a whiteboard with dry-erase markers. 

Room 223 Hood House

Room 223

Positioned towards the back of Hood House, Room 223 is a larger interview room that can comfortably seat 6 individuals at the table and provide space for more interested in working away from the table. A window provides a view onto the secluded garden behind Hood House. 

Features: 6 chairs, table, video conference technology with HDMI and USB cables, a whiteboard with dry-erase markers.
