Reserve an Interview Room

Career and Professional Success (CaPS) provides Interview Rooms for career-related needs during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) year-round. Space is limited and is dependent upon additional on-campus interviewing and recruitment activities.

Career and Professional Success provides interview rooms that are equipped with state-of-the-art technology. These spaces can be used for phone interviews, remote video conferencing, small information sessions, and more.

Hood House Rooms

Room 214 Hood House

Room 214

One of our smaller interview spaces, Room 214 comfortably sits 3 to 4 individuals at a technology station. Easily accessible by elevator with a view of Main Street.

Features: 3-4 chairs, table, video conference technology with HDMI and USB cables, a whiteboard with dry-erase markers. 

Room 218 Hood House

Room 218

This medium-sized room can sit up to 6 individuals at the interviewing table comfortably and has plenty of room for more if they are okay working without a table top. Two great windows look out onto Main Street and provide excellent lighting for any meeting or interview. 

Features: 6 chairs, table, video conference technology with HDMI and USB cables, a whiteboard with dry erase markers. 

Room 220 Hood House

Room 220

Room 220 sits cozily in the corner of Hood House and can accommodate 4 individuals at the technology station in addition to housing a few more willing to work away from the table. Two windows provide views of Main Street and Hamilton Smith Hall courtyard, while simultaneously providing excellent lighting. 

Features: 4 chairs, table, video conference technology with HDMI and USB cables, a whiteboard with dry-erase markers. 

Room 223 Hood House

Room 223

Positioned towards the back of Hood House, Room 223 is a larger interview room that can comfortably seat 6 individuals at the table and provide space for more interested in working away from the table. A window provides a view onto the secluded garden behind Hood House. 

Features: 6 chairs, table, video conference technology with HDMI and USB cables, a whiteboard with dry-erase markers. 

Kingsbury Rooms

Features: 5 chairs, table, video conference technology with HDMI and USB cables, 3 whiteboards with dry erase markers.

Room N111B

This medium-sized room can sit up to 5 individuals at the interviewing table comfortably. Kingsbury N111B is located within the Peter & Paula Vosotas Career Center in Kingsbury Hall, conveniently located on the first floor of the building near Alberts Café.

Features: 5 chairs, table, video conference technology with HDMI and USB cables, 3 whiteboards with dry erase markers.
