The online submission portal for REAP applications is now closed.
A complete Research Experience and Apprenticeship Program (REAP) application includes all of the items listed below.
All parts of the application – including the required REAP Faculty Mentor Letter of Recommendation and REAP Faculty Letter of Recommendation (non-mentor) – must be submitted by the application deadline. The student applicant will be responsible for uploading all but the Faculty Recommendations to the online application portal.
- Application Intake Form: To be completed by the student through the online application portal
- Apprenticeship Proposal: See Proposal Requirements in the Application Guidelines. Save as a PDF to be uploaded to the online application portal. Use this naming format: StudentLastname_StudentFirstname_REAP_Proposal
- Budget: Review the Budget Instructions, then complete and save the fillable Budget form as a PDF to be uploaded to the online application portal. Use this naming format: StudentLastname_StudentFirstname_REAP_Budget
- Project Understanding and Statement of Interest: See instructions in the Application Guidelines. Save as a PDF to be uploaded to the online application portal. Use this naming format: StudentLastname_StudentFirstname_REAP_Statement
- UNH Faculty Mentor Recommendation: Complete the top portion of the “REAP Faculty Mentor Recommendation Form” and give the form to your UNH faculty recommender well in advance of the application deadline. Your faculty recommender will be responsible for uploading the form and their letter of recommendation to the online portal no later than the application deadline.
- UNH Faculty Recommendation (non-mentor): Complete the top portion of the REAP Faculty Recommendation Form and give the form to your second UNH faculty recommender well in advance of the application deadline. Your faculty recommender will be responsible for uploading the form and their letter of recommendation to the online portal no later than the application deadline.
