Study Abroad Information Session

This is the first step in the study abroad planning process. It is mandatory and you will not be able to meet with a study abroad advisor until you have attended one.

Spring 2018 Info Session Schedule:

  • Every Tuesday in MUB 338 at 12:45 pm - generally last about 45 minutes.

Spring Advising Hours for Durham Campus: we offer walk-ins and scheduled appointments. Please refer to the instructions for  Wildcat Advising below. You will need to check in at our reception office in G25 Nesmith.

You must have attended an Info Session (see above) and created an account on UNH-VIA before meeting with an advisor.

  • Tuesdays 8:30-9:30
  • Wednesdays and Thursdays 1:00-2:00

Scheduled Appointments:

After attending in Info Session (see above), you can set up an advising appointment. To do so, please follow the instructions below.

  • Log in to Wildcat Advising  (use your UNH username and password)
  • Select Appointment from the top menu
  • Select Request New Appointment
  • Select the appropriate Type of appointment:
    • Global Education Center - Study Abroad
  • At the bottom, select Check Availability
  • Select the day and time that works for you
  • Review request, answer any questions, and click Submit

If you have decided to go on a UNH Managed program, please contact that program’s coordinator or department directly. If you are unsure whom to contact, call us at (603) 862-2398 or and we will direct you to the right person.

During your advising appointment, your Study Abroad Advisor will answer your questions and assist you in navigating  the process. However, make sure to do some preliminary research on available programs and create an account in UNH-VIA.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
