Fun Fact: I have a dog on campus named Roscoe, and we like to go on adventures That could be car rides, hiking, traveling, climbing rocks, or going to the beach.
Advice to a 1st-year student: Not to be afraid to reach out if you need help. There are lots of people here on campus that are here wanting to help you. Going and talking to your professors is not as scary as it seems, they want to help and get to know you. Also, have fun and make memories.
Favorite thing about CONNECT: The people in CONNECT, the friends you make, but also it's nice to see a face around campus that you know already. It helps you feel less alone. Also that everyone wants to see you succeed.
