Fun Fact: I am a transracial adoptee! I was adopted from China when I was a baby and have been living in the greater Boston area since.
Advice to 1st Year students: College can seem scary at first, but it’s important to remember that everyone is in the same boat and adjusting to a new phase in their life. No one has the whole “college thing” figured out yet, so just go with the flow! It goes by faster than you think!
U-Day is a great way to learn about clubs and find people who share similar interests, so it’s definitely worth checking out.
Favorite thing about CONNECT: Connect has really inspired me to be more involved with my community through the values of inclusivity and support it upholds. I am looking forward to a great year with my mentees and fellow mentors!
