Have a Heart: Post Card Writing

Tuesday, February 10, 2026 - 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Have a Heart is our annual Valentines Day postcard event- We will be writing postcards to state legislators to ask for their support in two upcoming bills:The Child Care Modernization Act andthe Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG); The main federal law helping working families afford child care. CCMA will:
Expand access to affordable, high-quality care
Strengthen the child care workforce
Improve quality and availability nationwide
Ensure children have safe, nurturing places to learn and grow

We will be writing these in the form of Valentines for our local and state lawmakers!
