The published academic catalog at the time of a student’s matriculation serves as the official catalog of record for a student. Faculty and advisors should refer to the student's applicable academic year catalog when reviewing degree progress, program requirements or academic policies.

Catalog Editing & Production Timeline - Key Dates

The academic catalog is updated and published annually. Content in the catalog reflects all approved academic programs, courses, descriptions, policies, and requirements effective for the applicable academic year.

Provost's Office Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) Proposal Deadline

CIM Course, CIM Program, CIM Misc proposals must be at the Provost Office step in workflow to be reviewed/approved for the next academic year and included in the catalog.

FebruaryCollege Dean's Office review and approve all department/college managed catalog pages.
MarchRegistrar prepares and publishes catalog to public environment.

Catalog Archives

The academic catalog serves as the official record of curriculum, program requirements, academic policies, and course offerings for each academic year. Archived catalogs are maintained by the University library in conjunction with the Registrar's Office for reference, accreditation, and student record purposes.

Catalogs are typically available in PDF and/or web format, depending on the publication year.
