National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) MyHUB Request
Processing time is instant; certificates are available for immediate download 24/7.
The University of New Hampshire has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) MyHUB services to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment and graduation status. MyHub is a service of the NSC and provides official, instant enrollment verification certificates for current students, former students, and third parties.
Academic period availability:
- Completed past semester/term is available to request anytime.
- Current semester/term is available six (6) weeks after classes start.
- Future semester/term is not available.
Students can request the following verification types through MyHub:
- All-Terms Enrollment Certificate
This verification type is available for one or multiple academic periods (semesters/terms). The verification will also include the current semester/term if requested six (6) weeks after classes start. The certificate includes the student’s enrollment status, term dates, and expected graduation date. - Current Enrollment Certificate
This verification type is for a current semester/term only, and available six (6) weeks after classes start for the semester/term. Note that student enrollment data is updated monthly thereafter. The certificate includes the student’s enrollment status, term dates, and expected graduation date. - Advanced Registration Certificate
Generally not recommended: This verification type is for an upcoming semester/term. Pre-registration data is reported by the University to the NSC approximately one month before classes start for the Fall or Spring semester. Note that registration changes occurring after the University reports to the NSC will not be reflected in this type of verification. The certificate includes the student’s enrollment status, term dates, and expected graduation date.

- Students may need to create an account if one does not already exist.
- Institution to Enter: University of New Hampshire – Durham

Clubs/Sport Clubs
Processing time is five to seven (5-7) business days.
(Plan ahead, expedited service is not available)
Club/sport club eligibility verification is the process by which the University Registrar's Office confirms that all team members meet eligibility requirements prior to participation. This ensures compliance with University policy and league regulations.
The following documents are required for the request to be processed:
- Team Roster: The roster must be an Excel file format and include student name and UNH ID number. To request an up-to-date roster contact unh.sportclubs@unh.edu.
- Event/League Eligibility Verification Form: This is the form provided by the third-party organization.
- Written Permission: All participating team members must give written permission by signature for a verification request to be processed. Either of the following are accepted for this requirement:
- Event/League Eligibility Verification Form: IF student signatures are already included.
- Or students can use the UNH Club Eligibility Disclosure Form to collect and submit for student signatures.
Instructions for students:
- Email all the required documents to Enrollment.Verifications@unh.edu
- The students' UNH email account must be used to submit the request.
- Students can also drop off the ‘Event/League Eligibility Verification Form’, and ‘Written Permission’ form, at the Registrar's Office in Durham. The Team Roster in Excel file format must be emailed.
Companies & Organizations
The University of New Hampshire has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) service to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment and graduation status. Requests related to current or former students for enrollment or degree verification can be submitted directly to the NSC.
If a verification request for a current student cannot be fulfilled by the NSC options available, the student can submit a third-party form request to the University Registrar’s Office. Students can review the third-party form request section under current students for more information and instructions. The University reserves the right to issue an official University enrollment verification formatted document instead of completing the third-party form when the University document satisfies the requested information requirements.
