If you have a personal, medical or health concern which may be impacted by the work to repair your service request, please include this information when calling in your request to 862-1437 or in the “Description of work” in the self-service form. Include a best form of contact.
Maintenance requests may be made by phone, email or FAMIS Self-Service.
Maintenance requests are repairs made to existing UNH buildings and systems. For example, replacing a light bulb, fixing a sticky door a leaky pipe or drafty window. Our Operations Teams consist of professionals in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and general maintenance.
FAMIS Self-Service: FAMIS may be accessed through the USNH Enterprise Systems Gateway. Users must be logged in to the current VPN. Self-Service can be found under the Production Systems tab.

Obtaining Project Management Services for AC Requests: send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: contact name, building location and project description. You will be assigned a Project Manager who will contact you to begin your planning and construction process.
Project requests may be made by phone, email or our online form. The Facilities Control Center routes this information on to our Project Management team.
Project requests are renovations, upgrades, new installations or repairs and replacement of large or expensive equipment. Project work is funded differently than maintenance requests and are typically paid for by the requesting UNH department.
Please be prepared to supply: a contact name, building location and project description. A Project Manager will contact you to begin your planning and construction process.
Please note: The Do-It-Yourself policy is no longer available due to State of New Hamphsire RSA 155-A:4, RSA 155-A:2, III, RSA 155-A:2, IV and RSA 155-A:7, I put into effect on 10-6-16. Projects at the University of New Hampshire now require issuance of building permits by the state fire marshal
