Add/Drop Instructions for Spring 2023
- All add/drop changes will be completed in Webcat for the entire add/drop period.
- Discuss course changes with your advisor before making changes.
- (Students enrolled in UNH programs using the eight-week E-Term calendar should access the “Eight-week Online E-Terms" calendar for specific dates.)
- Note: some classes already include “permission required” or are reserved for select student populations.
- Instructors cannot override room capacities.
- Permission is granted by the instructor or designated department staff member in the registration system.
- Instructor permission is not required to drop a course.
- After permission is granted, students must then complete the class registration in Webcat.
To drop a course:
- Using your Registration Access Code (RAC), sign into Webcat online registration.
- If you do not have your RAC, contact your Academic Advisor
- Select drop/delete for the course you want to drop
- Click Complete and view your new schedule
To add a course:
- Using your Registration Access Code (RAC), sign into Webcat online registration.
- If you do not have your RAC, contact your academic advisor
- Check for spaces in a class using the Class Search button
- You can add a class that still has seats available
- A section must have a number in the "Resv" column for there to be seats remaining

- Click Complete and view your new schedule
