Kaitlin Griffin

Social Innovation Intern Alumna & Changemaker Coach

Kaitlin is a Business Administration and Sustainability dual major. While in high school, she developed facilitation skills as a leader in the student group “Ethics Forum” which helped other high schoolers tackle tough topics through meaningful discussion at regional conventions. Since arriving at UNH, she merged her interests in business and sustainability by joining organizations such as the Changemaker Collaborative and its former Social Innovation Internship (now the Sustainability Fellowship). In 2019, she was named a Newman Civic Fellow. During this fellowship, she partnered with Celebrate Durham, a community organization that brings together UNH and the Town of Durham.  For two summers, she interned with National Grid as a member of the Planning and Performance Team, completing work in GAP analysis and change management. Kaitlin began as a Changemaker Coach in 2019 and loves helping students get involved in different activities to spread positive social change. Kaitlin is currently a Changemaker Coach.
