Kaitlin Griffin is a junior dual majoring in Business Administration and Sustainability. While in high school, she developed facilitation skills as a leader in the student group, the Ethics Forum, which helped other high schoolers tackle tough topics through meaningful discussion at regional conventions. Since arriving at UNH, she has been excited to merge her interests in business and sustainability by getting involved in organizations such as the Changemaker Collaborative and the Social Innovation Internship. In 2019, she was named a Newman Civic Fellow. In this fellowship she partnered with Celebrate Durham, a community organization, to bring together the town of Durham and UNH students. This past summer, she also interned with National Grid as a member of the Planning & Performance Team. At National Grid, she did work involving GAP analysis and change management. Kaitlin is very excited to be a Changemaker Coach and help students get involved in different activities to spread positive social change.
