Your core USNH benefits take effect the first of the month following your date of hire if you enroll within the first 30 days of employment.

UNH Parking

Parking now has a Virtual Service Counter.

UNH Photo ID Cards

Securing  a UNH ID  has moved online. 

Please send an email to and include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • UNH Employee ID#  - if you need help to determine your UNH ID # visit:
  • UNH email address
  • Indicate whether this is your first UNH ID (or a replacement).

The UNH ID Office will send you a form to upload your information, picture and confirmation of identification.

***Until further notice, orientation will be held via Zoom sessions on the first Monday of each pay period (every other Monday) from 8:30am -  approx. 11:15am. 

FYI - Attendance for new hires is scheduled by Human Resources throughout the year and you will be notified of your date via email.
