Promotion to full professor is contingent on continuing excellence in research and teaching and balancing this with high-quality contributions to service. The Pathway to Professorship program offers strategies to enhance the success of a case for promotion to the rank of full professor.
The program assists clinical, research, and tenure-track faculty members who have been promoted to Associate Professor in the past 15 years. Faculty considering going up for full professor within the next five years should attend this workshop series.
The Pathway to Professorship program includes two required workshops in October and November.
