We are looking forward to getting to know you and introducing you to life at UNH in June.
Below you will find details about this year’s New Student Orientation, as well as some links to pages we encourage you to explore throughout the month of May.
All in-person attendees are required to have proof of one of the following:
a complete COVID-19 vaccination with last vaccination shot at least 14 days prior to orientation a negative
COVID-19 PCR test within 1 week* of their session
*Attendees with negative test results within 1 week will be permitted, however those outside the 72 hour window will be required to complete a temperature check and answer a series of questions at check in.

Start your day off with a welcome from the New Student Programs team and Campus Leaders. - 10:45 - 11:45 am
Orientation Group Time #1
Spend time getting to know the classmates in your orientation group through fun activities and challenges. - 11:45 - 12:45 pm
Lunch at Holloway Commons (HOCO)
Choose your favorites from our award winning dining hall. - 1 - 1:45 pm
Academic Welcome
Learn about the Academic experience at UNH and the many opportunities our school has to offer. - 2 - 3:00 pm
College SessionsBreak into Academic Colleges to learn essential information on academic expectations and support, as well as course requirements, selection, and registration processes.
*Registration for courses will occur after June orientation. Students can expect to leave Orientation with a good picture of what their first semester will look like, and next steps for completing their registration process.

WildACTS
Join WildACTS UNH's only social justice theatre troupe as they explore crucial issues facing first-year and transfer students, through comic and dramatic vignettes. - 4:14 - 5:00 pm
Orientation Group Time #2
Join your Orientation group and OL for an opportunity to hear more about life at UNH and ask any questions you may have. - 5 -6:00pm
Dinner
Eat dinner with your Orientation group before entering the Hamel Rec Center for games, activities, and hangout opportunities. - 6- 6:30 pm
Become the RoarFinish your day of Orientation with a beloved UNH tradition of walking under the T-Hall arches and emerging as a Wildcat!
