International Exchange Partners

UNH partners with select universities abroad to provide a unique educational opportunity to students of both campuses. Students from UNH enjoy the opportunity to study abroad while paying UNH tuition & maintaining their UNH financial aid. Their foreign counterparts provide the UNH community an opportunity to expand our global knowledge and enrich the UNH classroom environment with their diverse perspectives.

Attend a Study Abroad Information Session, set up a profile in UNH-Via and favorite your chosen exchange program. Once you have done that, you can set up a meeting with your Education Abroad Advisor.

Focused studies in all aspects of music with immersion in Portuguese language and Brazilian culture. This exchange with University of São Paulo Ribeirão Preto grew out of collaborations between UNH’s and USP-RP’s Departments of Music, with lots of small group interaction with professors and Brazilian students, and participation in extra-curricular activities, including Filarmônica, Jazz Band, Grupuri (percussion group), and several choirs.

"My semester in Brazil was certainly one of the greatest experiences during my time at UNH.  It had a profound impact on how I see the world as well as myself.  I grew as a musician both technically and mentally.  The chance to learn a new language through constant exposure was such a unique experience it developed my memory, non verbal communication skills, attention span, and listening skills in a way I never thought possible."
