Eric Stites '90, CEO and Managing Director of Franchise Business Review

Eric Stites owns the leading market research and consulting firm specializing in franchisee satisfaction and employee engagement. In 2007, Stites created the Franchisee Satisfaction Index (FSI), which has become the industry standard for measuring and benchmarking franchisee satisfaction. Stites is an active member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and speaks frequently on the topics related to franchise relations, employee engagement, and franchise investing. Stites graduated from UNH in 1990 with a BS in Plant Biology and a minor in Business Administration.

Anna Stice - General Mannager Crumbl Cookie

From working as a Crew trainer at McDonalds as a teenager to running a baking business from home, Anna has spent many years preparing and serving quality food. She is a problem solver and efficiency expert. In addition, to have excellent organizational, planning, and managerial skills, she loves to promote happiness through tasty food.

Eric Chaisson - Owner of My Handyman of Dover, Portsmouth, Rochester

Eric has a diverse background in Management, with a focus on managing teams where timelines, efficiency, and safety are critical to customer satisfaction and to the success of the business. Prior to joining the My Handyman franchise as a co-owner, Eric was Assistant Store Manager for an independent grocery company, where he aided in managing and building the brand for 20 years for a semi-retired owner.
