We host various intentional and regular opportunities for our students to come together in community, connect with people across campus, and establish intentional and self-care habits. Community gathering events are an integral avenue for our students to build strong relationships and spend time with one another.

ThirsTea Thursdays

ThirsTea Thursday is a bi-weekly brain break event designed for students to de-stress and build community. Launched in Fall 2022, ThirsTea Thursdays have become a student favorite.

Each event provides a relaxing, no-pressure environment for participants to connect, engage in intentional self-care, share some light refreshments, and engage in an activity. ThirsTea Thursdays are open to students, and faculty and staff are invited to stop by!

Launched in Fall 2023, Clocked Out takes place during the five days leading up to finals in both the Fall and Spring semesters and promotes final exam preparation, stress relief, and community building. Activities include crafts, light refreshments, and quiet hours for study.
