The Beauregard Center is a safe and welcoming space for all students. Our newly updated Center suite is a great space for students to hang out with friends, focus on homework, or just relax. We facilitate most of our programs and community building through our physical space.
During our operational hours- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm—our Front Desk Student Staff are the first faces you will see when you walk in, and they are able to assist visitors with questions or scheduling meetings with professional staff.
The Beauregard Center is open to all undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. We look forward to seeing you stop by!
Study and Gathering Spaces
Much of the space in the Beauregard Center serves as formal and informal gathering spaces for students’ use. Included in these spaces are whiteboards for studying and collaboration, shared office supplies, and comfy seating.
Our Center suite also offers a community whiteboard wall for students to add upcoming events, notices, or artwork. This board is a treasured piece of the Beauregard Center and is constantly changing and evolving throughout the academic year as students add to it!
Laptop Workstations
The Beauregard Center has five different laptop workstations where students can plug in their laptops to work on assignments and projects. Each workstation includes a monitor, docking station, mouse, and keyboard. Three workstations also include standing desks for students’ use.
Conference Room
Our conference room is equipped with a large collaboration-style table with twelve rolling chairs, Owl video conferencing setup, and a TV display. This space is often used by student organization executive boards or larger group projects and tends to be a Center favorite.
Laptop Checkout
The Center has loaner laptops that are available for short-term checkout at the front desk for use within the Beauregard Center, free of charge.
