A room block has been reserved at the Sheraton Harborside Hotel in Portsmouth, NH for conference attendees at a rate of $299 per night.
Reservations must be received no later than June 12, 2024. The hotel will continue to accept reservations after the cut-off date on a space and rate availability basis only. We strongly encourage you to make your reservation early as rooms fill up quickly.

The Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth is a full-service hotel and conference center in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The hotel has an indoor heated pool/sauna and a fitness center located on the lower level of the hotel, open daily from 5:00am - 10:00pm. All hotel guest rooms are equipped with coffee makers, featuring Starbucks Coffee and minibars. Complimentary parking is available in the Sheraton's parking lot adjacent to the hotel. The following additional amenities are available at the Sheraton Harborside.

- Parking - The Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth Hotel is pleased to offer a choice of parking options for your guests. The hotel offers a parking rate of $20.00 per night self-parking in our gated parking lot. Guest's not staying overnight but attending events are subject to a daily parking rate of $3.00 per hour day self-parking or $10.00 per day in our gated parking lot. Our gated lot is located directly across the street from our main entrance. Based on business demands, the hotel gated lot may reach capacity. Should this happen during your event the options of metered on-street parking or the City of Portsmouth's parking garage located downtown are available. Parking rates are subject to change.

During the summer months, the seacoast area of NH has a variety of outdoor activities available for our visitors. Beaches, boating, shopping, outdoor deck dining, golf, and tennis are all readily available within a short distance of the hotel. All hotel personnel can assist with making arrangements if any of these activities are of interest to our guests. The Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth is focused on providing the highest level of customer service to their guests.

The room block rate at the Sheraton Harborside Hotel in Portsmouth is $299. We encourage you to double or triple up with a roommate or roommates to save money. ***Durham is located approximately 20 minutes from the Sheraton. You are responsible for your own transportation between your hotel and the conference site. Public transportation is not easily accessible between Durham and Portsmouth, so having a car is strongly advised.
Note: If traveling internationally to the conference (including from Canada), please be sure to contact local authorities as to identification and other travel documentation required to enter the United States. Requirements have changed regarding the need for passports from certain countries.
Airports
If arriving by air, Boston's Logan Airport (www.massport.com/logan-airport) located one hour south of Portsmouth, offers bus and limousine transportation services to Portsmouth. Manchester Airport (www.flymanchester.com), which is northern New England's largest commercial airport, is located 35 miles west of the Seacoast or 45 minutes driving time from Portsmouth. It offers convenient non-stop and direct service from major US cities. The Portland, ME airport (www.portlandjetport.org) is approximately one-hour's drive from Portsmouth and often has convenient service from major cities.

Driving Directions to the Sheraton Harborside Hotel in Portsmouth:
If traveling by automobile, Interstate 95 and US Route 1 provide convenient access from the south and north, while Route 101 provides access from the west.
From Boston Logan International Airport
Follow Interstate 95 North to Exit 7 (Downtown Portsmouth). Turn right off the exit, continue for approximately ½ mile and bear right at the blinking light. The hotel entrance is on the left.
From Manchester Airport
Take Route 101 East to I-95 North to Exit 7. Turn right off the exit and proceed for approximately ½ mile. Bear right at the blinking light and the hotel entrance is approximately 50 yards on the left.
From Portland International Jetport
Follow I-95 South to Exit 7 (Downtown Portsmouth). Turn left off the exit and proceed for approximately ½ mile. Bear right at the blinking light and the hotel entrance is on the left.
