The following rates applied to the 2024 conference:
Program Book Advertising
- ¼ Page - $100 Page - $150
- Full Page - $200
Conference Registration Packet Inserts
- $175 for any particular item
“Take One” Display Table
- $50 for up to 200 of any one particular item
On-Site Exhibitor Tables
- $600 for three days or $300 per day for up to two days. (Note: Lodging, conference fees, and food costs are not included.)
Sponsoring Opportunities
- Sunday Continental Breakfast - $1,000
- Monday or Tuesday Continental Breakfast - $3,000
- Sunday Pre-Conference Workshop Luncheon - $2,000
- Monday or Tuesday Luncheon - $3,000
- Sunday Plenary Reception - $6,000
