students entering christensen hall
  • Statements: UNH no longer sends bills through the mail. Bills are posted to students' individual Webcat accounts. For questions regarding payment, please see Payment Information & Due Dates.
  • Statement Notifications: Students will be notified through their UNH-assigned email accounts when new bills are posted. Students may allow account access to parents or others by setting up Parent Portal accounts via Webcat. Parent Portal account holders also receive email notifications.
  • Anticipated Credits: Financial aid (loans or grants) will appear on the bill either as an actual credit or pending item (anticipated credit). Items listed as "pending" have already ben deducted from the "Net Balance Due".
  • Paying on Time: All students (domestic and international, full-time and part-time) must pay outstanding balances by the payment due dates listed on bills. Bills must be paid by the due dates to avoid a late fee. Checks need to be received by the due date – postmarks on that date are not accepted as on-time. Please see: Payment Information & Due Dates
  • Adjustments to Account: Use the Account Change Form to make appropriate changes to the balance due (examples: changes in meal plans, credit hours or financial aid not credited on bill).
  • Frequently Asked Questions & Tutorials: Please see our FAQ page. If you are unable to find what you are looking for please contact our office or visit our Tutorials page.
