UNH Today

A Passion for Peace

With conflict and human security becoming a top priority for U.S. foreign policy, UNH has launched a fully online M.S. in Global Conflict & Human Security to prepare graduates for careers in humanitarian relief, global development, peacebuilding and more.

Part Of The Solution

In summer 2020, UNH completed its own state-of-the-art COVID-19 test lab in the span of 100 days. All UNH students are tested twice a week, as well as faculty and staff and members of the community, using an innovative self-swabbing kit and RT-PCR tests. During the fall semester, test positivity rate on campus remained below 1 percent.

Building Futures Together

The Health Resources and Services Administration has awarded UNH Institute on Disability a $2.4 million grant for Building Futures Together, a program offering specialized training for paraprofessionals to better support youth and families impacted by opioid and other substance use disorders.
