We are honored to be affiliated with the Rube Goldberg Institute for Innovation and Creativity, a relationship fostered by our own YIP champion and Rube Goldberg Machine expert, Zach Umperovitch, Rube Goldberg Machine Contest Director.
The Rube Goldberg Institute offers experiences that introduces guests of all ages to the rewards of engaging in the arts and sciences and is excited to open the world of Rube Goldberg Machines and the Rube Goldberg Machine Contest to students in grades K-12.

The Young Inventors' Program is an official RGMC host site and the New Hampshire Invention Convention and the Vermont Invention Convention are qualifying competitions for students to advance to national and international competitions. Students who wish to be conisderd for the Rube Goldberg Machine Contest (RGMC) must be nominated by an educator or the Young Inventors' Program Director. Once nominated, students must register for the RGMC and the New Hampshire or Vermont Invention Conventions per rules set forth by the Rube Goldberg Institute and the Young Inventors' Program respectively. Please note all contest registration deadlines.

***Registration for RGMC Regional event registration opens in Fall 2027. All teams entering the RGMC must be nominated by a teacher or the YIP Director and then register through RGI. Please contact Tina White, YIP Director, for details and specific instructions.
