Emily Abrusci

2025-26 Post-Undergraduate Sustainability Innovation Fellow

Emily Abrusci serves as the Post-Undergraduate Sustainability Innovation Fellow, where she supervises and mentors various Sustainability Institute Interns with their projects. She also supports the Sustainability Institute at events and actively engages with the UNH and Durham communities to promote and discuss sustainability efforts. Emily graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2025 with a B.S. in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability with a dual major in EcoGastronomy. As an undergraduate, she was a Sustainability Institute program superstar: she participated in the Changemaker Fellowship as a Fellow and a Coach, served as a Trash 2 Treasure Core Team leader, researched the inclusivity of Seacoast Eat Local farmers markets during her 2023 Sustainability Fellowship, led an International Changemaker trip to Northern Ireland, and managed the pollinator gardens on campus. Outside of her work with the Sustainability Institute, she loves to travel, read and craft.
