March 30, 2021 - University administrators have made the difficult decision to cancel in-person, on-campus youth programs in summer, 2021. The decision was made after careful review of available staffing, COVID-19 health and safety requirements, and the significant work required over the summer to ensure the university can open fully for the fall semester. We regret any inconvenience this may cause for family summer planning. We truly appreciate your interest in our youth programs and camps. We look forward to a return to our usual educational and fun programming in summer, 2022. |
The UNH STEM Discovery Lab enriches the learning experiences of students in grades K-12 to further encourage them to consider pursuing college. The programs offered at the STEM Discovery Lab help improve teaching and learning and close the academic achievement gap among science, technology, engineering and mathematics students.
All programs are hands-on and engaging and take place on the University of New Hampshire Manchester campus. Youth engagement opportunities are offered during the academic year and in the summer.
