What to Do Next After Enrolling at UNH
If you are an enrolled UNH student, you may have some questions about your next steps. What do you need to do before coming to campus in the fall? What will summer orientation be like? Read on for the answers to all your enrolled student questions.
What should I do after enrolling?
You've made it official and said yes to UNH — congrats on officially becoming a Wildcat! First, make sure to set up your UNH email account and start using it so you don't miss out on any important new student info. Next, you'll want to fill out your housing application as soon as you can. Get ready to call our campus and your residence hall your new home!
How do I sign up for classes?
You'll sign up for classes at orientation. Get ready to preview your academic experience and life as a Wildcat at summer orientation!
What will I do at orientation?
Orientation is a great opportunity to learn the ropes of being at UNH, while meeting new friends and peers. You’ll participate in fun interactive activities to get to know other Wildcats in your major and class. You’ll also take part in an academic advising session and attend workshops which will teach you about life on campus.
Can parents attend orientation?
Parent & family orientation provides optional programming for your parent or family members to attend while you are in your orientation session, however your orientation session will be a chance for you to experience independent college life on your own.
How do I pay my bills?
You'll receive your undergraduate tuition bill twice a year, in mid-July for the fall semester and in mid-December for the spring semester. Monthly billing statements are also created if balances exist. Bills will be posted students' individual Webcat accounts, and you'll get an email when a new bill is posted.
How can I learn more?
